OUTLINE(OBLIGATORY) Practica 5



I. Physical inactivity causes lots of negative points in someone's life and for my viewpoint it is a serious problem that people have to give up as soon as possible.

II. Physical drawbacks.
   
     A. Improves bons' diseases.
     B. Develops sight problems.
     C. Gettting fat.

III. Emotional drawbacks.

     A. Loneliness.
     B. Less self-confident.
     C. Depression.

IV. Solutions.

     A. Practising sports.
     B. Going outdoors.
     C. Making friends

V. If we start to think about the disadvantages of physical inactivity we will realize that it is not profitable for our own body, so we have to do things that improve our physical fitness.
